And that’s how easy it is to start the remote maintenance session.
Start the affected device about 10 minutes before the booked remote maintenance start time, connect to the Internet if necessary and download the remote maintenance software (EXE, 16.48MB) to your computer. You will also find the link to the software in the booking confirmation sent by email.
We will contact you by phone shortly before the booked service appointment. Start the remote maintenance and tell the support technician the ID number and password displayed. We will start the work and you can leave the remote maintenance module open until the problem has been resolved.
Once the remote maintenance session is complete your supervising technician will inform you in detail about the outcome of the work. You can ask questions and we will answer them. The remote connection will be disconnected and the remote maintenance module can be closed.

- The remote maintenance module is started directly from our website; no installation on your computer is required. Use this online service without an on-site technician visit for all devices with a Microsoft Windows operating system.
- Remote maintenance is suitable for dealing with minor faults, fixing software and driver problems, carrying out installations, maintenance and optimizations.
- This service can be used by customers throughout Austria. Service hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- Using the remote maintenance service requires an existing Internet connection and a functioning operating system.
- Remote maintenance is carried out once, with your consent. There is no permanent connection to your computer after that. The password which is required for each access to your computer changes after each session so that no unauthorized access is possible after the remote maintenance session has ended.
- All processes and work carried out on a system or network can always be monitored transparently. You can end the session at any time.
- As a general rule, we will never pass on any data, information or other knowledge received during the session to third parties without your express prior consent. The transmission is encrypted and therefore cannot be intercepted.
- The software used is a customized version of TeamViewer. The application meets the highest security standards and has won several international awards.
