What costs will you incur?

Information about booking an appointment, the process at a glance

You can book an appointment without creating a customer account. In this way, we ensure that no personal data is stored on servers. You have two payment methods to choose from when booking. You can pay for the service via PayPal directly with all major credit cards, instant bank transfer, eps bank transfer and, of course, with your PayPal account online. We also offer you the option of paying by invoice. You will receive the invoice in a separate email after the booking confirmation. All important information about the transfer can be found in the footer of the invoice.

And that's how easy it is to book a remote maintenance appointment

  • Click on the menu item Appointment Booking to open the booking page.
  • First, select the desired month and then the day on which you want to book the service appointment. (Example)
  • After that select the desired service duration and then click on the "Make an appointment" button. (Example)
  • In the following window select the time of remote maintenance. All available times are shown in green. Just click on the desired start time. (Example)
  • Then click on the "Book an appointment" button. (Example)
  • The selected service with date and time has been added to the shopping cart. Click on the "Checkout" button and you will be taken to the booking form. (Example)
  • Provide all requested contact details. Please also provide us with a brief description of your problem in the "Remark" field. (Example)
  • Select a payment method. (Example)
  • In the Captcha field, enter the sum of the numbers displayed. (Example)
  • After that, click on the "Continue" button to complete the booking. (Example)
  • If you have chosen the payment method "Invoice", the appointment booking is complete. You will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail immediately afterwards.
  • If you have chosen the payment method "PayPal", you will now be redirected to the PayPal website to make the payment. There you can pay with all major credit cards. You can find more help with the payment process via PayPal in the next help section.
  • After completing the payment process and receiving your order in our system, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation by e-mail. There you will find a summary of the most important information about your order and your remote maintenance appointment.

What is PayPal?

PayPal is an internationally recognized online payment service provider that allows you to pay securely, conveniently and quickly. The company enjoys a high level of trust among buyers and sellers in the areas of safety, reliability and ease of use. PayPal has worldwide bank accounts and is therefore ideal as a partner in national and international payment transactions.

PayPal uses adequate security systems to protect its customers' information. In addition, no credit card or bank details of the sender are transmitted to the recipient during payments. The payment process by credit card via PayPal is basically simple, runs entirely in German and can be carried out within a few minutes. Payments via and with PayPal are free of charge.

Optionally, you also have the option of creating a free PayPal user account. The personal data and credit card information required for transactions are stored. For future online purchases, they can access the bank or credit card details stored at PayPal instead of re-entering them every time they make a purchase. Your next appointment booking and any online purchases will be even easier and safer.

How do I pay for my appointment booking via PayPal?

  • Upon completion of the booking process you will be redirected to PayPal to make the payment. (Example)
  • If you don't have a PayPal account and don't want to register you can conveniently pay with Eps, instant bank transfer and all major credit cards. (Example)
  • As a PayPal member you can make the payment as normal via your PayPal account. (Example)
  • Follow the instructions on PayPal to make the payment.
  • If you successfully complete the payment process you will be automatically redirected back to telesupport.at.
  • Your appointment booking will be confirmed. All essential booking and cancellation details will be emailed to you.

Computer service via the Internet directly on your screen

We operate a secure remote access system through which our employees can provide technical assistance remotely via the Internet to your computer. The remote maintenance module is simply launched from our website, no installation is required on your computer. If you use our service frequently the program may also be stored on your computer.

With the help of our remote maintenance software TeamViewer a connection to your computer is established. Remote maintenance allows our service technicians to take a look at your screen in order to work on your request together with you. With a parallel telephone conversation, we can give you tips, provide additional information or answer questions.

Remote maintenance is particularly suitable for processing minor faults, fixing software and driver problems, carrying out installations, maintenance and optimization. The remote maintenance software works on all Microsoft Windows devices, such as laptops, PCs and tablets. Use this online service directly at your site without a technician visit!

First step towards support:

  • Before contacting our service team, please take a seat at the PC or laptop in question.
  • The computer must be turned on and functional. Hardware defects cannot be repaired via remote maintenance!
  • The affected device requires an active internet connection. Without an internet connection, remote maintenance is impossible.

How to start the remote maintenance session:

  • Contact our hotline on 0660.8173757 if you have not yet booked an appointment.
  • Start the affected device 10 minutes before the booked remote maintenance start and connect to the Internet.
  • Download the remote maintenance software to your computer: Windows Version (EXE, 5.47MB)
  • In the window that opens, save the file to a known location.
  • Wait for the file to download completely.
  • Start the remote maintenance module just downloaded and confirm all security queries from Windows.
  • Provide the support agent with the ID number and password displayed by the remote maintenance module. (Example)
  • Keep the program open until the troubleshooting is complete.
  • After completion of the remote maintenance, you will be informed by your supervisor about the outcome of the work.
  • The connection is disconnected and the remote maintenance program is automatically terminated.

For technical questions, information or if you have problems with the use of the remote maintenance software, our staff will be happy to assist you on the service telephone.

Important information on using the remote maintenance service and protecting your data:

  • This service can be used by customers throughout Austria.
  • The service hours are from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00.
  • The use of the remote maintenance service requires an existing internet connection.
  • Remote maintenance is done once, with your consent. There is no permanent connection to your computer after that.
  • During the session, you can follow what we are doing on your system or network and you are also able to stop remote maintenance at any time.
  • In principle, data, information or other knowledge received by us during the session will never be passed on to third parties without the express prior consent of the person concerned.

The software used is a customized version of TeamViewer for telesupport, a product of TeamViewer GmbH in 73037 Göppingen, Germany. The application meets the highest safety standards and has received several international awards. The transmission is encrypted and can only be carried out with your consent. The password required for each access to your computer changes after each session so that no unauthorized access is possible after the program has ended.
